About Me

I've been obsessed with story-telling, films, plays, and most aspects of the entertainment industry since a very early age. I knew that I just wanted to be involved in it any way I could. I started out writing, as much as I possibly could, and I still have notebooks packed to the brim with stories and ideas. I then took up being involved in high school theatre: I worked the sound board, was a stage manager, and eventually acted as well. I had aspirations of becoming a film director, this was my main goal when I started the film program at Full Sail University. Two years, and one bachelors degree later, I had found that what I was really in love with was the business.

I spent most of my time in film school, and my time since, working as a Unit Production Manager. I like taking care of paper work and keeping everything organized and on time. I'm currently the Office Manager for a photography and documentary film studio, with our first documentary under way about the '60s peace movement. I have a strong love for administrative work, and despite still loving to write, and having the various interests that I've gained over my life, this really is the position for me.

I love all aspects of the film industry and through this blog, I would just like to review films, post pictures, and talk about the industry (as well as my job) as a whole. There will be other aspects of the entertainment industry as well, because one of the most fascinating things about it is how interweaved every job and department truly is.
